Design

Francis Gelb says he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth‚ because he comes from a family of metalsmiths. That's why, when he founded Sabre in 1993, he set high standards for meticulous craft. But his love of color and zeal for using unexpected materials and shapes also show themselves in the flatware he designed back then and to this day.

Case in point: this bistro cutlery set (fork, knife and spoon) complete with classic metal dots, contrast and a smooth feel in your hand.

Niceness Doesn't Cut It

Though East Fork is best known for our pottery, the goods we sell from other makers are a compelling part of the story, too. We gravitate to objects with a story behind them, made with a very precise point of view, an intriguing process or, most often, both. And that brings us to Sabre Paris.
