As of November 2, our Registry program is taking a brief pause as we tweak and tinker behind the scenes to bring an all-new experience.

For existing registry customers,

If you had a registry with us before November 2, your registry is now inactive. Not to worry as we will still be able to access the page if you have any questions or need any assistance.

If you have a Virtual Cupboard Registry, we’ll compile everything that you’ve received into one combined gift card that you can use both online and in-store. This gift card never expires so if you want to wait until you can find the pieces and colors that feel just right, go for it!

If you have a Classic Registry and you find yourself with an odd number of mismatched pottery, wanting a different glaze, or a piece might not feel quite right in your home, you are more than welcome to send certain items back to us to exchange for your “priority” items! Please note that your exchange must be approved no more than 30 days post-event closure and that the shipping cost and responsibility to safely get the items back to us will fall on you. You’ll receive credit for the items you return and you can use the credit however you please, both online and in-store.
