Do you feel wistful when there’s only one slice of pie left? Turn that longing into joy with a bright red pie plate that becomes even more beautiful as the pie disappears.

East Fork’s special-edition ceramic pie plate is made in Asheville by our team on the RAM press and available this year in Panna Cotta and Henri’s Red in limited quantities.

We think this bold, saturated red inspired by artist Henri Matisse will bring a burst of creativity to your festive meals, and find a prized spot in your entryway or on your kitchen shelf to conjure those memories all year.

Note: Be careful of intense temperature changes to avoid thermal shock. For example, don't take a pie plate from the cold fridge then immediately put it into the oven. We suggest you bring the pot to temperature with the oven to avoid breakages! Similarly, don't take the hot pie plate and put it into a cold sink or cold fridge: let it cool down for a bit before introducing a shock of coldness.

We don’t recommend baking anything over 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Don't broil anything! If there’s any hairline cracks, it will expand in the oven and most likely break. Make sure your piece is all good before you throw it into the oven.
